Bilingual is not a translation overlay

An Arabic school that toggles English cannot accept a mirrored English UI with broken RTL and leftover Latin-only forms.

Nawras ships Arabic and English as peer locales. This website prefixes every route with /ar or /en and flips direction for Arabic.

School names, course titles and parent communication have to survive both languages in the same tenant. That is why signup collects an English and an Arabic school name.

A locale switcher that only translates marketing copy while the product stays English is not bilingual. The LMS seats are bilingual too.

If your group mixes Arabic-medium and English-medium branches, isolation plus locale — not two products — is the workable model.
