Terms of Service

This is a general statement of current practice. A fully reviewed Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will replace this version. Until then, these pages describe how Nawras Education operates the public website and Free/Pro signup.
1. Acceptance
By accessing nawras-edu.com, creating an account, or starting a workspace, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a school or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and ensure the email used for signup is one you control. You are responsible for activity under your account until you notify us of unauthorised use.
3. The service
Nawras Education provides a multi-tenant learning and school-operations platform. The public website is a front door for information, marketplace discovery, and self-serve signup. After provisioning, use of a tenant is also governed by the product terms inside that workspace.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to access other tenants, disrupt availability, upload unlawful content, or use the service to harm students, staff, or other customers. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
5. Plans and trials
Free, Pro, and Enterprise capabilities differ. Free workspaces are shared community capacity; Pro and Enterprise are isolated tenants. Paid plans, invoices, and refunds (when applicable) are confirmed in the order or sales agreement.
6. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and incidents will be communicated through the channels we operate at the time.
7. Liability
The public website and Free signup are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Nawras Education is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a provisioned workspace.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the effective date of the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes that cannot be resolved in good faith will be submitted to the competent courts there, unless a signed enterprise agreement says otherwise.
