This is a general statement of current practice. A fully reviewed Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will replace this version. Until then, these pages describe how Nawras Education operates the public website and Free/Pro signup.

1. Who we are

Nawras Education operates this website and the Nawras platform. This policy covers the public site, contact forms, newsletter signup, and Product-Led Growth (account and school) signup.

2. What we collect

Depending on what you do, we may collect name, work email, phone, school name, country and city, plan intent, workspace slug, and technical data such as IP address, browser, and UTM parameters. We do not require payment card data on Free signup.

3. How we use data

We use this data to create and provision your workspace, send one-time verification codes, respond to sales or support requests, measure marketing performance, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

We share data with processors that host, send email, or operate the platform on our behalf, and when required by law. Tenant data after provisioning lives in the assigned school or community workspace under that tenant's controls.

5. Retention

Signup and contact records are kept for as long as needed to operate the account, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of an unused signup through the contact form.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to marketing. Use the Contact sales form until a dedicated privacy channel is published.

7. Security

We apply access control, encryption in transit, and least-privilege credentials between this website and management APIs. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please choose a strong password and keep OTP codes private.
